Hi,
I am trying to find the best Video playlist add-on for the site and I bought the Universal Video Player and they are telling me that the site crashes (after I activate this VC Add-on) because the Theme has modify Visual composer, therefore, this add-on cannot work because of the theme…. I would have to desinstall the theme and VC and reinstall VC with the complete version.
So is it true that we dont have a complete version of Visual Composer??
Or can you help me out with this ??

Please notice that the only available version of Visual Composer which was tested with our theme and which come bundled with this is 4.11.2. I suppose that you want to use VC Add-ons with our theme but please notice that this extended version of the plugin is not tested with our theme, sorry! Nor the Universal Video Player plugin is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure that this type of plugin will work as properly with our theme, sorry!

You can do that, but please keep in mind that we cannot say for sure if that full plugin will work 100% with our theme and we cannot provide support for this if this was not tested with our theme. You can do it only by your own risk.

Then why don’t you mention it in your advertising that your theme doesn’t work with your modified version of VC ?
It would be the minimum of transparency…
First, that you provide a modified version of Visual Composer. So it is not the full version
Second, that the majority of addons won’t work with this version and that you don’t provide any support for this.

Please keep in mind that the theme works as expected with the basic Visual Composer plugin and the latest version of it is 4.11.2. Please notice that the Addons are basically other plugins which are not tested with our theme. Please check our list of tested plugins here -> http://screencast.com/t/0Jryg6gK Please notice that as a plugin to work with the theme as expected, this will have to be adjusted (with hard coding) in order to achieve best results. As an instance, the theme was been adjusted and implemented with a lot of hard coding condition to work as properly with Visual Composer and please notice that’s why we cannot adjust every Visual Composer add-ons to work as properly with our theme.
Please keep in mind that we are a small team and we are working hard for improvements, support, bug fixes and not custom work, sorry!
