"Unlock this block. Buy now" Message in Post Block

Hello,

I am working on my site and when using any Red Block, I see the “Unlock this block. Buy now” message at the bottom of the block, which encourages me to buy an IonMag license. I am running Newspaper8 on my site (mweekly.reclaim.hosting), and this message is visible at the bottom of the second block of posts. Why are the “red blocks” visible if they are not from Newspaper8? How can I get rid of them, if necessary?

Thanks,
Greg

Hello gkantor,

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what message do you are referring to? Do you are using the Newspaper paid the license, right? Please provide some useful screenshots to show me where exactly is the problem.

Thanks.

“Unlock this block. Buy now” – this is message not from Newspaper 8 theme.

Remove (disable) all of the untested plugins and use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files.

Check the results again.

If you’re using the TD WPion/IonMag theme (also by TagDiv) – this isn’t correct forum for that.

I am running Newspaper8 and definitely not IonMag. Should the “Red Blocks” even appear on Newspaper8’s TagDiv Composer?

Also, I uninstalled plugins and that did not help.

There should be no plugins for TagDiv blocks in your /plugins/ folder – would be good thing to double check. For example if you had ionmag installed first, then switched on Newspaper, it might be seeing those.

Dunno. very weird! (I don’t work here, but use both themes.)

That was it, Chris. I didn’t even notice them before, even when I went to uninstall others, but there were a bunch of IonMag plugins. Not sure how they got there without having installed IonMag before, weird indeed.

Anyway, thanks for your help!
