Unnecessary text between modules in mobile theme

My site is Hispanic L.A. (hispanicla.com).
In the mobile theme, in between the two first sets of posts there is a default description. It says: ULTIMAS NOTICIAS, (which means in Spanish, the language of the site, LATEST NEWS).
I would like to be able to edit this text or delete it but don’t know where to find it. Thank you.

You can change the text from Theme Panel -> Translations -> Translations => https://i.imgur.com/FTDN7Fv.png -> https://i.imgur.com/hRfjupa.png
Also, if you don’t want to have text you can hit the space button => https://i.imgur.com/6br2oQD.png

For what it is worth, and since the mobile theme design is minimalist, I replaced that unnecessary text with a guide to some (popular) categories, with links:
