You can use online tools to scan your site for unused CSS, then output new CSS file, then upload that to your site. We did this several years back. Worked very well. All themes thst offer a lot of choices for coding, have larger CSS files; these can be highly compressed via various tools, but the online tools to remove unused CSS are best choice.
(I don’t work here)
