A heaeer popup has been arriving in my website pages.. With adult advertisment.. I just deleted all files and database.. None worked.. After reinstall the themem.

This can be an ad, please check in the theme panel > ads section. Also, if the problem is still there, please provide a link to your website to check and see from where is coming that popup message.
