Delete them from Dashboard -> Posts. Also, you can check if you have installed a plugin that caused this and uninstall it.

I am not able to trace such posts from admin panel. Already checked pages, posts

Hello @conflutech!
Do you use some extra plugins? Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
