Unwanted Social Media Icons

Hi there

So far things have been going well, as i set up my website except for one problem- way too many social media icons have popped up on all the pages that have a side bar. To be clear I have 4 separate groups of social media icons on the pages that I have a side panel on. See image:

The thing is I need help removing the 4 sets of social media icons on all the pages on each page. Can anyone help? Happy to provide further information if my problem is not clear.

I have now done that Marius, and instead of 4 groups of social media icons, I now have 3 groups. I would prefer to have just one- the one that shows the article like/tweet on post (Like/Tweet/G+). The other two groups of social media icons(located at bottom of article, and top right of article) I would prefer NOT to have on the pages. To visually understand what I mean, please go to:
