After the latest theme update, we’ve run into problems with up & down arrows. They just stopped working as you can see at: http://uzr.com.ua/test-drayv/supertest-novaya-kia-optima-protiv-treh-konkurentov/
The “Down” arrow in the middle of the header graphics and the “Up” arrow on the bottom right-hand corner.
Please assist.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some unknown js errors to your console and also, I noticed that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can influence the good working of the theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
