Hi, 2 weeks ago I updated to 10.4 and site crashed. Is it now possible to update safetly or not?

You can update the theme on a subdomain and see if there are any problems.
Also, please tell me what problems you have faced before.

Also, after the update, if you have shortcodes on pages, please make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin activate.
