I could not download the update 3.2-3.3, 3.3-3.4 has already appeared. Where to get 3.2-3.3?

You can upgrade from one version to another, you don’t need to do so in order. E.g., you can jump from 3.1 to 3.4 — simply do a manual update as noted here:
