Hello, I have version 7.5, but I have it completely modified with CSS code, and I want to update to 7.6 but I do not want to lose custom CSS codes, is there any method of not losing anything? What is the easiest way to update without making a mistake ?, since our website is news and must be active every day.

Make backup of the custom CSS in the theme panel; make export of settings.
Keep log of any core files you changed, as you will need to make the same changes to the new files in new version of theme.
Do I need to disable all plugins?
Only if you use any untested plugin that could not work anymore in 7.6 This can be the case with untested plugins. If you have any plugin that is not on this list: http://screencast.com/t/RAbQxND0 you will have to check to see if they still work in 7.6

I just tried to update from 7.3. Downloaded the zip-file from Envato and updated the theme. Now according to the theme panel I’ve gone back to 6.5.1???
fixed. i was just being stupid again. 🙂
