Since the update, I have had to manually change my in content text spacing and text size. Even after so, my editing blocks still seem really tight when creating content. How can I fix this?
Also another change I see is that my internal links don’t have the hover underline thing when you want to click on any. And my Yoast plugin doesn’t read any of them. So even if I have 3 or 4 internal links in a post, Yoast tells me I have none.
What can I do?

Also if I made add, my internal links are not being counted on Yoast. Even though they ARE inside the content.

The updated do not make any coinages to the website, please make sure that you do not had some customization in theme files, because these will be lost doing the updated.
Also please provide me a link to your website where I can check the problems you mentioned with the links and some screenshots with the results from Yoast SEO.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Please provide some more details about the problems that you are facing with NewspaperX and SEO Yoast, also some screenshots would be very helpful.

FYI, i already try to deactivate all plugin except tag div plugin and yoast seo.
same result. no heading, sub heading, link can detect by yoast SEO.

True. After post save it will detect in newspaper x. But in newspaper 9 you no need to save it first, it will detect on the fly. That what i mean
