Hello!

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you !

Hi Vlad sorry for delay in answer.
As i wrote in my question we do not use a child theme.

When i deactivate all the plugins except tagdiv ones i gest this error at the preview bottom:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function format() on bool in D:\ex\www.sprintnews-test.dev.cc\wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\common\wp_booster\td_module_single_base.php on line 672
( ! ) Error: Call to a member function format() on bool in D:\ex\www.sprintnews-test.dev.cc\wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\common\wp_booster\td_module_single_base.php on line 672

Reactivating all the plugins the error is this one.
Half article view and “A critical error has occurred on your website” message
