Hello, I cannot update the theme. If I do, I lose all of the content, and the website becomes a jumble of HTML and shortcodes.
What gives?
Hi giurgiunet, I believe that when you update the theme the theme plugins are not automatically update and that it is why you see HTML on website, you need to check the theme plugins you have before he theme update and to be sure that those theme plugins are also updated and enabled after the update is done.

I have updated the plugins as well as the theme. Tried updating the plugins both before and after updating the theme. Everything becomes HTML, and the front page is changed to a static, sample page.

Hi, usually when the website becomes HTML then some theme plugins are not enabled. It can be tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, or tagDiv Standard pack.
