how I can update Instagram icon from the old to the newest in Newspaper Version: 4.6.3?

Hello,
Unfortunately newspaper 4 used icons directly from the theme icons. You can either change the icon from the theme files if you have the proper coding skills or change the icon with css and add a background image to the element:
