Update License from Died Domain to a New Domain?

I have reset both keys but the error message you mention isn’t related to the keys themselves. It most likely means means that there is a problem with the key verification.

The key verification means that the theme tries to connect from your website to our database and verify the key. Sometimes there are things that can interfere, like plugin conflicts, firewalls or security restrictions, maybe other causes.

I will have to investigate this issue directly on the website where it’s happening. I will need admin login (user and pass) or temporary access. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide access to the website. Please also include a link to this topic in the email. Then I will check the issue as soon as possible.

On our side both your keys are assigned to the same website. And the website doesn’t seem to load -> https://prnt.sc/mGHKCWlfAH3V

When the website is back online, if there are still issues with the key, I can check directly on the website to try and find the problem. To do that I will need admin access to the website. Because from our side there isn’t much else I could do, I can only see how the keys are assigned. A key verification issue is caused most likely by something from the website or from the hosting.
