Hello :
when i download the new theme, the name i see is:
themeforest-5489609-newspaper-wordpress-theme.zip, and inside i don’t have newspaper.zip, what i see are all the archives of the theme.

How I should proceed?

YOUR INSTRUCTIONS: Unzip the “Newspaper-tf” archive file and the “Newspaper.zip” file.

You need to unzip that achieve and open it -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HLIi3ro4
Also please make sure that you make the update like in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
