Hi there. When I attempt to update Theme I receive warning that modifications will be lost. Does this mean that my fonts, colors and menus will be altered on my live site.

Hello ShibumiOz,
Before each update, we recommend doing a backup for more safety. If you are using a child theme and you have done the update, all the additional customization will be overwritten and you should try to restore all your customization.
