Hello,
I have a client who has version 7 of the Newspaper and does not use Child Theme. How should I proceed to update to the latest version?

Hello !
Unfortunately there have been so many changes from 7 to 10 that you will have to simply redo the website with the new theme and use the new Flex blocks / pro templates.
