I’m trying to update to 10.3.5 and it won’t work. I’ve tried 3 times and now have to restore a site backup.
I spoke to you before about how the automatic updates don’t work and you told me to do it manually.
I’ve been doing this successfully but now it won’t work even manually.
It won’t let me update the composer plug-in. I’ve attached 2 screenshots.
These updates are a massive waste of my time. I need a theme where I can press a button and it updates without fail. Fix this asap please or I’ll have to use another theme that doesn’t waste my time and actually works properly.
What are some alternate updates we could use that wouldn’t have this issue?
Update: Site has been down all day as problem with back-up. Now running with old theme and all customization is lost. Wasted my day and lost me $$$. Problem still not fixed

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also please make a test and make the update before you disable all non theme plugins, check the results.

The result is a website that’s lost all customization again! I will spend the next 2 hours fixing my website. Thank you
I’m so annoyed with this. I just want to update the theme but every time I need to spend hours re-adding customization. The theme says press the button and update. This has NEVER worked. I’ve never used such a bad theme. I waste so much of my time with these theme updates that don’t work.
I even do manual updates like I was told before. This doesn’t work now either. Where can I review this theme?
