In the V4 thme, you introduce a very cool template to show all articles publish in the site.
It look like there is the year/month and name of an article on one line without image.
It seems to disappear with the V6.
I know there are a lot of different themes but we have more than 1 000 articles and the lighest presentation will force our readers to watch a lot of pages to see all we publish :

With the previous template, it was very simple to find an article.
Could you please put back this cool template in your next update?

Unfortunately we don’t plan to add this timeline template again, but if you have basic html/css/php experience you can adapt the template to work with this version of the theme, so please check the old theme’s files and you will find page-homepage-timeline.php in the root of the theme to customize it – http://screencast.com/t/qaHetBkZ3nHk

You can build a timeline template like in the old version, using an existing template from version 6. Create your file, copy the content from a page template, I suggest on of these template as you don’t need latest articles – http://screencast.com/t/5dtHZk71pK then take a look at the old files and see code from the content. Also you need to copy loop-timeline.php from the old version – http://screencast.com/t/Eb17ecPcJcV
Unfortunately you will need custom work, beacuse you will need to create also a css code for this template.
