I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your menus, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CK11bJxbX43b Ensure that you have installed the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard.

Hello Imagineer,
It seems that your style.css do not apply to your website. I suggest you make a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard.
