I want to ask u , why when I update theme
some translation words Disappear
please tell me how I can update without lose translations?

Normally, the Theme panel settings should not be lost after an update. Also, to be safe, notice that you should export all the theme settings from Theme panel and import them again after the update. Please check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WaNqRrrVMhQK
