Hi Recently we has issue with some of the plugins and we deactivated the plugins and updated the theme on our website and everything was down now. Not sure what is the issue. How can I debug? Now I am also unable to validate the newspaper license.
Now I see this message when I go to updates tab
“An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key”
tried to validate by resetting but no luck

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, then contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– the license certificate and purchase code
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
