Updated to Newspaper 12 and article links gives 404 error

Can you check website https://notranjskoprimorske.si and see why after update to Newspaper 12 gives 404 error on all article pages? Thanks

Reverted to default permalinks and it works, all other options doesnt work.

Please let me know if you disable the extra plugins during the update process.
Also, please let me know what options are not working.

Didnt disable any plugins, just updated. Then i had to insert purchase key for theme (reset key) since key wasnt recognized. As far as i can see what is not working are custom permalinks only default ones are working. If you want i can give you login and you see for your self.
