We tried to install the latest update and it damaged our website by removing some of our customization. My purchase number is c16f0720-c405-45b2-ac95-08e6ba55057c. We have updated the site so that it is at one-click updating.

Please do not share your privet licence on forum!
Please provide some more details and some screenshot about the problem. Also if you are using other plugins then theme plugins, please disable theme update the theme and only after that reactivate the plugins.
