My website uses older version of the theme (9.0c). How can I update the theme AND it’s child theme?

You need to get the new child theme, this can be get by downloading the theme package from the themeforest, also, this should respect now the new structure provided in our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
