While I was trying to save & update the posts I get the error “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”
Also the categories doesn’t displayed and the Featured Image section is not loaded.
P.S. I have de activate the whole plugins and the issue remain.

Usually, this situation when it is happen it happens on default themes too (if you want to can make a test), therefore, is not a problem related to our theme and it is a general problem.

Hi Carlin,
We install the classic editor and the JSON response error doesn’t be displayed. The posts saved and updated normally without any error. The only error that we have is from Featured Images.
Although the errors should be coming from Sucuri Firewall.

HI itgrcapitallink, I remember there were a few users with this problem, unfortunately, I do not remember what was need to fix the problem (some updates, or removing some code, or options, I do not remember, sorry), but if you want, we can take a look, for this please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access and we’ll investigate the situation.
