Updating on the Theme Panel Loads Forever

I have tried updating on my theme panel and when I hit the save button it Loads forever. I have tried uninstalling plugins but didn’t find the culprit. Can I please ask for your support?

Hi,

In most cases, that problem happens due to the fact that system status is not set correctly. Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Please check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello Catalin,

Thank you for responding on my support ticket. Also about my system status. It appears I have most of the status on GREEN.

Here are my system status:
PHP Version 7.2.10-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
post_max_size 512M
max_execution_time 300
max_input_vars 1000
WP version 5.1.1
WP Memory Limit 256 MB/request

Please tell me where did I do wrong, Hoping to find a solution this day. As I will make my website LIVE.

Hi,

Those look alright, the max_input_vars should be set to 5000 if possible. If you tried checking for plugin problems and it is not the case, we could take a look at it. Could be a security service or security module on the server maybe, that delays the saving process.

If you want us to take a look, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel if possible. Mention if we should check anything specific or the problem is with all the theme panel. Include a link to this topic in the email as well. Let us know.
