Hello
Over the past week and huge spikes in traffic, our website has gone haywire.
Many say its because of poor optimization of the site (bluehost). I want to update to the new version of the theme but Im unsure of what I should back up or should expect in terms of loss. Also, in what order I should update.
1. Theme
2. WordPress
3. Plugins
Or is there another order that would be better?
Please help!

I recommend using the little tutorial I came up with which is a sticky post top of the forum index; while the title says for moving from newspaper to newsmag, it’s really the same process when moving to new version of theme, also. 🙂
