How can i update the latest version that was just released?
i had another question. When i update newsman will all my settings, files, contents, layout, etc stay the same or will i have to redo everything?

The page layout won’t be changed after theme’s update as the settings are stored in database. However if you made any changes in theme’s core files these will be lost so you have to re-add them again.
