I am trying to install the Visual Composer plugin, following advice on https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
I reach Step 5, after the zip file is uploaded, and I press install. I then have an error message “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.” and the plugin is not installed.
Have I done something wrong or is this load limitation fixed by my hosting company (1and1)? I am new to WordPress and welcome any help or ideas.

Hi,
You have to change the limit for file upload size in php.ini. If you don’t have access to the php.ini file please contact the host administrator and let him know about this issue.
