How do I update my website to new version of theme without losing any edited structure and data ?!
Does the new uploaded theme automatically sync with my already edited previous version?

Hi
The only way to update the theme without loosing the file customizations it’s by using the patch: http://screencast.com/t/WtZ7djusX The patch contains all modified file from one version to another so you can manually replace the old files with the new oneness from the patch. Before doing any changes make sure you do a full backup to the database and your current wp-install, just in case something goes wrong you can always get back to the previous install.
