I have an older license for version 9.72. Does this include free upgrade to 11.5? If not is there is there discounted upgrade option?

Hi,
Any valid license has free updates for life.
Also, please notice that the changes from 9.7 to 11.5 will need to enable the extra plugin tagDiv Standard Pack (in case that you are not using cloud templates) so you can keep the old design.
