Just reporting this issue after upgrade – at the begging on wp-admin when loggin i see bellow error message
Im not sure what it means – is there a quick fix for this?

strange,.. it looks like some kind of conflict with Plugins “UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore” after upgrade.
When disable this plugins, then the error was gone
I tried to delete this plugins, empty cache/delete cache and reinstall,.. and the error start to show up again,.. hmm
the plugins is compatible with my WP version,.. this issue when upgrade newspaper

It is a function used in activation/deactivation plugins from WordPress.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
