Upgraded to 10.3.6.1 Back-End Works but Site Won't Load

I just upgraded to latest version – my backend works fine…but the site doesn’t load at all.

Any suggestions what to do now?

Can you downgrade to the previous version in the backend? My front end is loading very slow, I’m considering downgrading myself but I think it’s more the WordPress 5.5 that’s my issue…

to this version… 10.3.6? Or older?

Hi,

Please note that if you are using WordPress 5.5 only Newspaper 10.3.6.1 will work correctly, if you have this version and the tagDiv Composer is not working, please follow the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).

If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible.
