I am a beginner and struggling. There are several places where I need to create a link to a PDF. I have an online news site in development brought over from a Weebly site.

Hello !
Please note that Webly platform differs from Newspaper Theme and I’m not sure how you adapted their template to wordpress. Newspaper Theme does not have any file upload options. You will have to upload the file somewhere else and paste the link into your templates.
