So when uploading the new Newspaper version 3 via filezilla should i delete any old files from the previous version? I noticed in the includes folder there are a lot of new folders so not sure if I should delete any folders?

No just copy everything over, and overwrite with the newer files. For the social counter to work you need to delete the old plugin, and upload the new one via ftp.

All seems to go good so far, just sorting all the ads and stuff out
