Urgent! Need help Regarding a Refund

Let me first begin by saying how deeply sorry I am to have to make this post, but I am afraid that, in the light of recent events, I must. I’ve had a wonderful time using Newspaper so far, everything is working great, however, I was shocked to learn recently that Newspaper 5 is withdrawing support for RTL languages. This came to me as a big blow, since although my website is primarily an English one, we deliver to a wide audience and for that, we need it to be fully translation ready.

Thankfully, iu also learnt that tagdiv is offering full refunds for those who are using Newspaper for RTL sites. I am therefore writing to you, requesting that I be refunded the amount ($58) that I spent on purchasing the theme from Envato. Once again, I express my deepest regrets in having to make this request.
