If user a smart list and insert a link to a specific image, this link is ignore and open the modal link image….
Please help me!!!

Make sure you don’t have enabled the general modal image in theme panel > post settings: http://screencast.com/t/6MEdZV6mDp and also the image from smart-list is not set to open in model window: http://screencast.com/t/aY0mJ8FFbv clear all caches and test again.

The theme automatically add the modal window on images from smart-list. To avoid that comment this code from tagdiv_theme.js: http://screencast.com/t/VJLsxfFD Like this when you click on the image will link either on the attachment page or on a custom link if you have one set.
Note that this modification will affect all images displayed in smart-list.

If remove the code in .js the modal windows is removed, but the link assign to the image (example: to this image i have assign http://www.google.com) don’t appear in the code!!! and open in the same tab the image!!!

Please make sure you added the url like here: http://screencast.com/t/MdHianZ0 but note that the smart-lists wren’t designed to open images in new tabs, only in modal image. Using custom links on images from smart-lists it’s possible to appear some issues, for example in smart list 1 images with custom links are doubled: http://screencast.com/t/SetM6vbpZW
Changing this requires many customization in theme’s files and unfortunately we cannot offer any custom servcices at the moment. If you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
