Urgent – Problem with Newspaper

We have a few weeks on our website using the theme “Newspaper”.
Our webmaster Javier Muñoz has been in contact with you to solve various problems.
But until now the template does not work one hundred percent and our journalistic enterprise is suffering damage that situation.
What can we do?
Can we buy a special technical support?
How much would that service?

I’m not part of the tagDiv team, but it seems like you haven’t made any forum posts previous to this message. The forum is the best way to contact the developers. They respond within 12 hours during weekdays.

The most recent version of the theme should work 100% out of the box. I know this for a fact. If your server is capable of running PHP and WordPress, then this theme will work. Every single bit of it…

It’s possible that you’re referring to theme customization problems, which would be caused by the webmaster and not the theme itself.

From the “About” page it seems like Radu used to run a webdesign business, so he is capable of offering technical support. However, they do offer free support here for their themes if you just ask.

Also it’s a good idea to ask about things in the forum so that others can benefit from the solutions and the developers don’t have to repeat their answers.

Atello, la versión móvil tiene ese problema con algunas medidas, yo lo solucioné de momento alterando el tamaño del logo, pero puedes introducir algunos cambios en el header para acomodarlo mejor o de menos quitar el espacio superior en blanco.

De cualquier forma quedaron ,de solucionarlo este mes y se viene una actualización importante de esta plantilla, así que a pesar de que suena difícil, te sugiero tener un poco de paciencia. Mi problema es básicamente con las reseñas, pero de momento uso un plugin aparte. 🙂

Por cierto, creo que si van a poner el feed Twitter y el cuadro de Facebook, deberían ubicarlos en el sidebar de la derecha para que sea más visible, e igual me parece que luce mejor que cuadro de Me Gusta salga con las caritas de la gente que le ha dado like, siempre motiva más para los usuarios nuevos.

Hello everyone

After being using theme options, I discovered that the problem is with the responsive ads of the head.

The settings in “theme-options” for Google Adsense ads do not work well in the head.

I had to insert directly into “theme-customize” a code of responsive Google Adsense ad that does not allow insert size 728×90 in the desktop version.

But I think this has been a temporary solution and I’ll wait to update the template.
