Urgent: site down with white pages

Hallo,
I got into troubles with the site all of a sudden with white pages.
Tried to disable plugins one by one but it didn’t solved the question.

So I decided to make a restore from previous backup when the site worked well.. but the problem is still there.

Found in log this:

[Wed Nov 18 10:55:11 2015] [error] [client 108.161.241.24] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.

we are just in troubles with the client trying to place advertising and the site not working !

I tried to disable one by one but it doesn’t solve.
Changes to .htaccess have been dony by Itheme security plugin that should be disabled when I disabled the plugin.

There are no errors apart some deprecated code
Server provider says that there are no errors that could explain it
I am going to modify the htaccess file…

White pages are really irregular. Pages can be visible for a while and all of a sudden they are back again in white.

I do not really know howto solve.

I have been trying to solve since this early morning, but found no solution.

1. disabled all plugins one by one. The only active is your Td-speed booster because necessary
2. improved wp-config memory limit to 256M
3. checked server php error log for information but found only deprecated php notices and these:

There are no significant errors that could help.

White pages are very irregular so you can navigate without problems for a while and then get white pages!

Please any idea?

considered that white page has all the code downloaded inside and that the right scroll bar let the white page be crolled up and down, it seems that some css is hidden the page (site hacked?)

On line 37 of the code I found this, which is in the head:

Somebody going to the index page in your theme folder is not normal, so that isn’t a significant error related to other issues. That isn’t a site page or anything a normal person should go to, but it sometimes gets triggered when doing updates.

Might want to
a) scan site for security issues
b) reinstall WordPress and all plugins
c) switch to default theme temporarily
d) install clean version of theme
e) retest

what you say is certainly related to the .htaccess that has been reset from Itheme security config added in the past.
I scanned the site with several tools but no virus found.

Please, did you see the white page while navigating?

what you see is a restore of a month ago.
It seems to work correctly but after a while white page comes out !

At this point the question seems related to the template (newsp 4). It is a random situation accurring when the page attempts to get data from somewhere external and and get not data instead.

Please have a look. It may happens all of a sudden.
