URGENT: Theme Panel ads not updating code

I am working on http://www.snowsbest.com and am using Newspaper Theme Panel ads. I upload the new code for new ad images and hyperlinks and hit save (as I have done every month for the last 12 months with no problem). But the theme isn’t saving, it just goes into a continual ‘saving’ mode and never updates.

Help! My clients ads need to be uploaded today. Eeek!

Hi,

Theme panel saving issues are usually caused by the following elements

The last similar case we investigated was related to the mod-security module of the server firewall, this was blocking the theme access to admin ajax.

If you already investigated these, we could take a look as well. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login as well as cPanel if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
