Urgent!!! Unable to export theme setting – Please get back to me ASAP

The thing is I was not able to export a theme setting even though I had set things in the setting according to this link, https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
But, it still is not working. When I tried to pull out the code in the box, the whole page collapsed https://imgur.com/a/vB8h7wS so that I could not copy even a word out of it, I had waited for so long, but it did not seem to be working again.

Do you know what the reason behind it is? Or what can or should do to let me pull the code out of the box?

Please help me.

Hi,

If all the settings are according to our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ it may be a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
