Hey guys I purchased your theme last week and activated it under the domain remotefreedom.co
However, I have since been instructed by my business coach to change the name and have a .com. so I have changed it to remotefreedomcompass.com
My hosting is with HostGator and I buy my domains from GoDaddy. I got onto support with HostGator and asked them to duplicate everything I have built on the original site (that has taken me hours of work) and duplicate it to the new domain remotefreedomcompass.co.uk.
I know I’ll need to sort out all the links and stuff but I’m unable to delete the license key from the original domain so I can put it onto the new domain. It states “To use a license key on a different domain, you can unassign it from the list anytime after 2022-08-23” this is in one month! I literally can’t wait that long I need to launch the site this week 100%. Why would you have a crazy feature like this? Is there any way I can do this immediately?
Please a fast response would really help me out here as I love your theme and I really dont want to have to use a different one just because of this silly issue. (as I said I will have to do this as the site needs to be launched this week).

This system has been implemented to use the license correctly. A license is for one online site and not 2, 3 or more. Our system allows a license to be assigned to a maximum of 2 sites at the same time (we considered that most sites will need a test site), once this number is reached, it is locked for a period of time to be able to unassign the license from the website. In this way, users who used to create sites on the treadmill can no longer do so and are forced to use the theme according to the envato terms.

In cases like yours, what you need to do is to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide the license key and let us know the domain that you need to assign the license. Our team from email will let you know what need to be done further. Also, please include this link in email to be quickly identify.

Thanks, I’ve already sent an email with the license key and the domain I want it transfered to.
The reason I need it done quicker is because I have changed host and the domain and website with the license attached to it will be deleted. So I need it moved over to the new site. (explained in the email)
I think still need update checking of license, it has still BUG (or Feature), That my site has two license for same domain, Lice it’s detecting http://www.domain.com and domain.com as Deferent website and taking as both as different installation.
