Cloud, could you please provide a short video of this problem? Usually this cloud happens only from 2 reasons: the link is not a valid link (should start with https:// ….) or an extra plugin is interfering with the theme.

From Cloud Library, I click on “subscribe” to link it to the reference website. I enter the link in the button URL field and save it. When I save and close Cloud Library, I automatically click on “subscribe” again, and… the link disappears because the page doesn’t do anything. I go back to Cloud Library, and sure enough, there’s no link in the button URL field. I don’t know what to do. Thank you.

What I recommend is training a different browser and eventually ensuring that the save message for the zone you edited was displayed (in this case, the content zone).
