URL Shortener Pro does not work when Newspaper is active

Hi,

We have come across a conflict where URL Shortener Pro (by MyThemeShop) does not work when Newspaper is active (and all other plugins are inactive). Links are no longer being inserted. On https://env-qxmagazine-stg.kinsta.cloud/2023/01/126323/ “potato” should be linked 2x in the test post (it’ll be red when it is).

I must be honest, in 10 years in WordPress I have not yet come across a theme that caused so many issues as Newspaper and its plugins does. Although its functionality and layouts are solid, I could never recommend a theme that causes this many problems. I am truly hopen this is something that’ll change in the near future.
