Use different code for Ads, according to which category you are at

Hello,

Is it possible for the theme to show a different ad-code depending on where it is displayed?

So for example, if the user is looking at category A, “Header Ad” will show a certain code, and if in category B another?

You can try to use a plugin like AdRotate to do it.

Thanks for the reply, I am already using AdRotate and it does not do exactly what I need.

Essentially, I am asking if it is possible to write a code inside the Ad box (on the Theme Settings panel) that will “read” which category the user is currently at, and display a certain ad according to that.

is that doable?

Hi,

You can’t do it by adding conditions inside Ad box, if you want you can add the code inside the header, for the header style you use, should look something like this: http://screencast.com/t/qGY4zbT2ws2
