Hi! I have a serious issue with the theme, related to function
“USE LAST 24/48 HOURS & 7 DAYS POST SORTING”.
In all blocks of my site when I check the option to use the contents of the last 7 days, 24/48 hours, the block is deleted instantly.
The function is active in the theme, however, when I go to customize my site, as soon as I check the option, the block is simply deleted.
can you help me?

To sort the block for Popular (24h,48h and 7days) you need to have added the element SINGLE POST VIEWS => https://i.imgur.com/pLWuoSS.png -> https://i.imgur.com/BbrBmL0.png, also, for Popular you need to have this option enable https://i.imgur.com/grI3bti.png
The sort option will be displayed that popular posts of the last 48 hours, those can be older posts.

All the information you mentioned is active on my site, however, there is some kind of problem that whenever I put 7 days, 48h or 24h the block is simply deleted

Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Also, please provide the link to your website.
Please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache, and see if the problem persists.

Hi! Most likely it wouldn’t conflict with the theme, as the function wasn’t working normally and we haven’t added a new plugin since then.
