I would like to be able to use Short Codes inside a Ads Box within the them panel.
Generally from what I see, you just input html and its renders it out on the page. In my instance that doesn’t work because I need to be able to use a shortcode to display the ads I have running. Unfortunately the Ad manager thats built into the theme doesn’t do everything I need it to.
When I input a shortcode inside the Ad box, nothing happens after I press save. I don’t know know of any html code that will let me do this and someone suggested php, but the script I was given didn’t work either.
Can you please help?

However you should make sure the ad works at all. Please add the code directly on a post in text mode. Any ad code should also work directly inside the post content. If it doesn’t, it probably means the code is faulty.

If I put a shortcode in the Ad Box nothing comes up where it’s suppose to. The shortcode is for a banner thats being managed by another plugin. I know the shortcode works, because if I pasted that same Word press short code anywhere else on the website, it works, however it just doesnt work in the Ad box.
I know that WordPress Short Codes are not HTML, so how do I get short codes to display in this box?

Please provide me the exact steps which you have followed and also, what type of shortcode you have added in the Ad Box. Provide some useful screenshots for a better understanding and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
